Information We Collect

Account information: your email address, and any profile details you provide during signup.

Health-related tracking data you choose to log: itch ratings, flare locations, and notes about triggers. This is information you voluntarily enter to use the tracker.

Membership status: whether you hold an active Pro2 membership, provided to us by our payment platform, Whop, so we can grant access to the tracker.

Usage data: basic technical information collected automatically to keep the app secure and working.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and the tracker is not directed at children.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the tracker and let you log and review your own check-ins
• To verify membership status and grant or remove access to Pro2 features
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the product

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your check-in data for marketing without your separate, explicit permission.

Third Parties We Work With

We use the following service providers to run Dermé. Each has access only to the data needed to perform their function:

• Supabase — hosts our database and stores your account data and check-in logs
• Vercel — hosts the web application
• Whop — processes membership payments and tells us your membership status

We do not currently use any AI or machine-learning feature to process your data. If that changes, we’ll update this policy before the feature launches.

Data Retention

We keep your account and tracking data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership, your data is retained so you can resume later, unless you request deletion.

Your Rights

You can request at any time, by emailing Reilly.dumond567@gmail.com:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion of your account and check-in history
• Correction of inaccurate information

We will confirm and complete deletion requests within a reasonable time, and let you know once it’s done.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including restricting access to your account data so that only you can view it. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Dermé grows. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes, we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify active members.
